All coaching formats are stackable. Members typically pair two 60-min live sessions per month with one async review and one ensemble block.
The Fit Call
The Fit Call is a 25-minute video session with a coach from the roster above — usually the founder whose repertoire matches what you told us you play. We use the first five minutes to listen to you play. Live, unedited, no warm-up second take. Bring one arrangement, one passage, even just one bar that's been bothering you.
From there, the coach diagnoses. They'll tell you, in plain language, what the gap is between what you're doing now and what's required to play this arrangement on a stage. Not "you need more practice." Specific things: voicing over a 4/4 backbeat, your left-hand pedal timing, the way you're attacking the chorus, the second-half-of-set energy drop at bar 64. Then they'll tell you whether one of our formats can actually close that gap — and if not, they'll tell you that too, and probably suggest a book or a teacher we trust.
This is not a discovery call. There is no closer on the other end. There is no "are you ready to book?" moment. If you want to work with us after the call, we send a single intake form and you choose your format. If you don't, we wish you well and stay out of your inbox. That's the whole thing.
